Samus Aran
The heroine of this comic. Samus went to Zebes to find the Metroid Hatchling and exact revenge upon Ridley. Though she's not dimwitted by far, she seems to have a preoccupation for chasing what she calls "sparklies".
Kraid
A Kraid's a Kraid. This guy is a midget in his race of huge lizard creatures, which are all named Kraid. Somewhat obsessed with cleanliness, he comes for Samus on the request of his father to ask her to help them with their plans.
Mother Brain
A foul wicked being who hates Samus and wants her dead. She also loves working her minions to death, and is only happy when things go her way.
Mini-Mother Brain
The same as her larger self, only much more mobile and more compressed evil than before. Became shrunken after a run-in with GieGie gone wrong. She also sounds like she's been breathing helium when she talks...
Boba Fett
From Star Wars, this bounty hunter has somehow found his way into the Metroid world and has been hired by Mother Brain to perform a certain task. The only thing anyone knows about him is that he doesn't laugh...
Trio
A colonel sent from the Galactic Federation with a group of cadets when they detected activity on planet Zebes. Trio isn't too bright, at least not street wise anyway, and he often gets himself into trouble.
GieGie
The creator of the world and supreme being. Despite this powerful status though, GieGie gets caught in the middle of things when she has to fix a certain problem she caused herself. Just trying to keep from interfering, she has to assert her power a little more than necessary to keep from doing so.
Ridley
The right hand of the Mother Brain and the one placed in charge of care of the Metroid Hatching, or placed in charge of the feedings and other stuff anyway, he's not the brightest crayon in the box, but he knows enough to be able to "tell it like he sees it".
Biggie
Formerly known as "The Baby Metroid", he's all grown up now...way grown up. While he speaks English, unlike his Metroidian-speaking relatives, he still possesses the Metroid endowed instinct to feed. Though he seems to have more control over it than the others...
Kung Fu Guy
AKA "KFG", this guy was submitted to torture by Ridley when he was fed to the growing Metroids. He survived due to his excess "inurgi" and seeks revenge upon those who tried to do him in. His English is also far from perfect...
Ort, Mort, and Blort
Three Etecoons who don't know which is which except among each other. But when it comes to pointing themselves out to new faces, they never know who's who. Usually spotted hanging around GieGie, they seem to have made their home on the other side of Zebes.
